Analyze, elicit, elaborate and document the detailed business user requirements using use cases, system documentation, workflow procedures etc. and prepare IT system specifications. Leverage standard software development lifecycle methodologies like Waterfall or Agile. Perform system analysis & requirements management during the design stages using Visio. Conduct data analysis in Relational Databases like MS SQL server and Oracle using SQL skills and develop artifacts like Logical data models, Data Flow Diagrams etc. Perform Gap analysis and Impact Analysis by identifying existing system technologies & capabilities and document enhancements to meet the end-state requirements. Use Relational Database Management Systems such as VB, Sybase, Extract Transform. Primary worksite is Troy MI, but may work in other locations as assigned. Req: Master degree in Computer Science or Industrial Engineering with 1 year experience as System or Program analyst. Related exp must include using Sybase, Extract Transform. Accept BS with 5-yr exp as MS. Accept suitable combination of education and training or experience.
